In case of lump-sum payment
Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the following month for the final billing amount at the end of each month, and will be notified by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store terminal), bank transfer, and account transfer.
The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of bank transfer, the amount will be deducted on the 12th. However, it may be the 20th in January and May.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). If paying at a convenience store, you will be responsible for 356 yen (tax included); if paying by bank transfer, you will be responsible for the transfer fee. In case of bank transfer, no payment fee will be charged.
In case of installment payment
Payment will be made from the month after the month following the date of application (use).
Please check your payment statement on MyPaidy or on your monthly bill.
Product delivery time
Orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays and 7:00 on Saturdays will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Returns and exchanges are possible within 5 days of receiving the product.
