返金ポリシー
■返品について
商品発送日から5日間は返品・交換可能です。

■返品期限
但し、以下の場合は期限内であっても返品はお受けいたしかねます。
・商品発送後、5日以上が経過した商品
・お客様の過失により汚損、破損が生じた商品
・お客様が加工、カスタマイズした商品
・修理、サイズのお直し等をされた商品
・商品のタグ、付属品を切り離しまたは紛失された商品
不良品・異なる商品が届いた等でお届け商品に不備があった場合
返品または、商品交換にてご対応いたします。
こちらの公式ラインより注文番号と該当箇所の写真を添えて、返品・交換のお申し込みをお願い申し上げます。
お申し込み受付完了後、返品・交換時の返送方法などをご案内させていただきます。ただし、以下のいずれかに該当する場合は返品・交換をお受けできない場合がございますので、ご注意ください。
・商品発送後、5日以内に返品・交換のお申込みをいただけなかった場合
・商品に使用感・破損・汚損が見受けられる場合
・商品のタグ・付属品の紛失がある場合
・商品の個体差の範囲内と判断される場合
返金についての注意事項
クーポンを使用されたお客様で、2点以上購入された方は、
注文合計金額からの割引ではなく、商品ごとの割引適用となります。
そのため、商品を１つ返品される場合は、思っていた返金金額と違う。
となる事がございますので、下記ご確認をお願い致します。
例：10,800円の商品Aと12,800円の商品Bを購入し、1000円オフのクーポンを使用した場合
商品A + 商品Bの合計金額：23,600円
商品Aの金額(10,800円)は、合計金額23,600円の 46%
商品Bの金額(12,800円)は、合計金額23,600円の 54%
となり、1000円オフのクーポンを使用した場合でも、
商品Aは460円のディスカウント、商品Bは540円のディスカウント
合計で1,000円オフとなります。
その為、もし商品Bを返品される場合は、12,260円の返金となります。
システムの都合上、複雑ですが、ご理解頂けますと幸いです。
また、２回以上返品を行われたお客様については今後のご利用をお断りしております。

■For International Customer Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are possible within 5 days of receipt of goods.
The shipping cost will be a flat rate of ￥3,700 JPY.
■Return Deadline
Within 5 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item, please use this official line.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
However, we do not accept returns in the following cases, even if it is within the time limit.
Products that have been delivered for more than 5 days.
Merchandise that has been stained or damaged due to the customer's negligence
Merchandise that has been altered or customized by the customer
Merchandise that has been repaired or had its size altered
Merchandise with tags or accessories detached or lost
When there is a defect in the delivered merchandise, such as defective merchandise or different merchandise received.
We will respond to your request by returning or exchanging the item(s).
Please contact us from the official line here with your order number and a photo of the relevant part of the product to request a return or exchange.
After receiving your request, we will provide you with information on how to return or exchange the product. However, please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following applies.
Please note that we will bear the shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
If you do not request a return or exchange within 5 days after the product arrives at your location.
In the event that the product is found to be used, damaged, or stained.
If the tags or accessories of the product are missing
If the product is judged to be within the range of individual differences of the product
